Thank you for sharing this. Curious about the flip side also. What would be some signals that shows that the client is actually not ready yet? Did you every had to do a "reality check" with a client and hold them back?

Sure. Sometimes a client thinks they are operating at the next level when they are still stuck in execution mode. What they thought was "strategy building" was really prioritization of various projects. What they thought was "influence building" doesn't have enough reach in the org.
